Children's Dental Services
Children's dental care focuses on prevention, education, and early support. During your child's visit, our team may assess tooth development, check for cavities, clean the teeth, review brushing and flossing habits, and discuss nutrition or fluoride recommendations when appropriate.

Covered for children under 18
The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) covers eligible children under 18, and we accept it. Exams, cleanings and preventive care for your child may be fully covered, depending on your family's eligibility.
We also direct bill most insurance providers, so in most cases you won't pay up front.

From what age?
We recommend a first visit by your child's first birthday, or whenever their first tooth appears — whichever comes first. Early visits are short, simple and mostly about getting your child comfortable in the chair.
What the first visit looks like
- We meet your child and let them look around before anything happens.
- A gentle check of their teeth and gums, at their pace.
- We talk you through what we found and what, if anything, comes next.
- Nothing is done on the day that you haven't agreed to.
